YOU CAN DRINK, WRITE & PAINT!

It’s 2015 and frankly you should stop using your well stored excuses not to step out and do something new, exciting and fun! What our myNewYorkeye team is proposing involves wine, books and a paintbrush.

See—the adventure is looking up! It’s a paint class being given at one of our favorite spots in the city, La Casa Azul Bookstore, and it’s BYOB! Saturday, February 21, 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

BYOB means bring your favorite bottle of wine and release your inner-artist at our painting class!

These classes are perfect for beginners, so grab your friends, co-workers, plan a unique date night, or fly solo and meet some creative people.

It's also a great way to decorate your apartment because you are sure to go home with a painting you can be proud of.

All materials included in art class. Paint class inspired by award winning illustrator, Christian Robinson.

Fee: $30 per person (2 hour class) - bring wine, beer or other drink of choice, must be 21 or above to attend event. Pre-registration suggested, limited seating!

To continue celebrating the rich heritage of African-Americans and to connect to interesting creative minds look no further than the Author Panel series. Please take a moment and reflect on the wealth of information that La Casa Azul Bookstore is offering this month.
