RACHEL TIEDEMANN

Rachel Tiedemann is a current junior at Hunter College, majoring in Film Production. Two summers ago, after graduating from high school, she interned with the sound crew on the set of Very Good Girls, an independent film shot in NYC. Later that year, Rachel was hired to the television show, Golden Boys, as a production assistant. Through the past two years, Rachel has worked on various side projects including live videos with local NYC musician, Jay Stolar. They continue to collaborate on videos presently. Other projects Rachel has worked on are Recursion, a short sci-fi film which won the Founder's Choice award at the Queen's World Film Festival as well as Best Short at  RxSM, and The Grecophile, a feature film shot on Long Island.

Aside from her interest in film production, she is also a trombonist and an artist, with specific  interest in pencil drawings.
