Female-owned and operated 3Wishes.com began at home and grew to become one of the largest online retailers of women’s intimates. Recently under new ownership and in the midst of a major rebrand and aesthetic update, one goal remains the same as the day it was founded: 3Wishes.com wants to make everyone’s wishes and fantasies come true. Whether it be an enchanted evening of romance or a mischievously fanciful night out on the town, 3Wishes.com provides products that amplify the sexy in us all.
We spoke with Sarah Chamberlain, Co-Founder & CMO of 3Wishes.com:
Q - How did you start this journey and created your brand?
3Wishes.com began operation in 1998 as the first online retailer of women's lingerie and costumes. In mid-2020, lingerie e-tailer veteran, Chad Horstman, teamed up with former colleagues, Charles Clemens (COO) and Sarah Chamberlain (CMO), as well as e-commerce expert, Jason Squardo (CEO), to rejuvenate the iconic 3Wishes brand. With more than 60 years of experience between us, we are joining forces to overhaul this classic brand.
Q - How did you decide to enter the men's stuff and how has the response been?
While women's lingerie, costumes, and clothing are our primary product offerings, we've found over the years that men's costumes, specifically, are a logical addition to our assortment. Halloween is a big business and oftentimes women like their partners to dress up in a matching ensemble for the occasion. We even like to tease that men are the perfect accessory for women on Halloween.
Q - What are your most exciting products?
We have hundreds of items over a variety of categories so picking the most exciting products is really a matter of preference. We offer everything from glamourous bedroom gowns and robes to practical bra and panty sets to eye-catching clubwear and festival wear to costumes fit for every occasion. We like to think we're a one-stop-shop for specialty apparel.
Q - How has 2020 been?
Since we acquired 3Wishes we've seen exponential growth. Perhaps it's because people are spending more time at home and want to keep things spicy with their partners or they want to update their loungewear wardrobe, but we've seen consistent and increasing sales, to our delight. In addition, Halloween was exceptionally good for 3Wishes, seeing a 150% growth from 2019. We anticipate it only going up from here.
Q - What's coming up in the future for the brand and you?
We're excited to launch our exclusive collection of lingerie and costumes in 2021 and we hope to expand that to our other categories by 2022.
